Further discounts do not apply to already-discounted products and bundles.

SHIPPING

Ace & Jax strive to process orders within 24 hours of payment being received. However, this may not always be possible during holiday periods and sales promotions.

Ace & Jax do not send orders overseas. Our online store is strictly Australian Customers only. Any orders placed will be refunded less PayPal or eWAY fees.

Standard Shipping, 2-7 business days.

• Free shipping for orders over $100.00.

• Orders under $100.00 from $6.95 Australia wide.

Deliveries outside metropolitan areas may take longer, up to 14 days.

Express Shipping, 1-3 business days.

• Orders under 5kg start from $19.95 for most metropolitan areas and up to $39.95 for all other areas.

Deliveries outside metropolitan areas may take longer.

DELIVERY POLICY

All orders placed will receive an order confirmation email. Please see above for the estimated shipping times. 

RETURNS POLICY

You may return unopened products for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) up to 30 days after purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable and return shipping charges are payable by the customer. Upon receiving a returned product, we will issue a refund via the same form of payment used when purchasing the product, either credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

You must contact Ace & Jax within 24 hours of receiving a product you wish to return, and we will provide instructions to facilitate its return. The product must be in its original unopened condition and must be returned at your expense.

Returns will not be accepted for any opened products under any circumstances. If you are dissatisfied with an opened product, including its taste or results, you must pursue this directly with the product manufacturer.

Returns will not be accepted for any nutrition bar or meal replacement bar products.

Restocking fees apply for all returns as follows: 10% of the original purchase price for items returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment; 25% of the original purchase price for items returned after 10 days.

We may refuse a returned package unless we have provided a return authorisation in advance. 

No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days after purchase. 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although rare, product shortages may occur from time to time. If we are unable to fill your order with available stock, we will notify you via email or telephone. We may offer to ship an alternate flavour where possible.

THERAPEUTIC GOODS

“Therapeutic goods” are defined by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration as “products for use in humans in connection with: preventing, diagnosing, curing or alleviating a disease, ailment, defect or injury; influencing inhibiting or modifying a physiological process; testing the susceptibility of persons to a disease or ailment; influencing, controlling or preventing conception; testing for pregnancy.”
